Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to availability. Misa Celebrations reserves the right to substitute any product within a hamper with an item of equal or greater value if a listed item becomes unavailable. Product images shown on our website are representative only — actual contents may vary slightly due to seasonal availability and supplier changes.

Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

Payment

Personalisation & Custom Orders
Personalised messages and custom orders are accepted subject to availability and lead times. Once a personalised order has been confirmed and processed, changes cannot be made. Misa Celebrations reserves the right to decline any message or content deemed inappropriate.

Delivery
Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Misa Celebrations is not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a correct and complete delivery address. Misa Celebrations cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Purchase of Alcohol
Misa Celebrations supports the responsible service of alcohol. It is a legal requirement that both the person placing the order and the person receiving the delivery are 18 years of age or older when ordering hampers that contain alcohol. By placing an order containing alcohol, you confirm that you and the intended recipient meet this age requirement.
