Melbourne Metro — Free Delivery
Postcodes 3000–3207 and 8000–8999. Delivery is included in the product price at no additional charge.
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days

Major Australian Cities — $10.00
Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and surrounding suburbs.
Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days

Regional & Remote Australia — $20.00
All other Australian postcodes including Tasmania, Northern Territory, and regional areas.
Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days

Important Shipping Information

Orders Over 5 Gifts / Corporate Orders
For corporate gifting campaigns, multi-address deliveries, event gifting, and orders of more than 5 gifts, our team will provide a customised freight quote. Please contact us at info@misacelebrations.com.au before placing your order to ensure your requirements can be met.

Delivery Timeframes
All delivery timeframes are estimates only. Misa Celebrations is not liable for delays caused by courier services, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

No PO Box Deliveries
We are unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. Please provide a residential or business street address at checkout.

Signature on Delivery
Some deliveries may require a signature. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a card with instructions for collection or redelivery.

Alcohol-Containing Hampers
For hampers containing alcohol, the recipient must be 18 years of age or older. By completing your purchase, you confirm that both you and the intended recipient are over 18 years of age.

Order Cut-Off Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
